GOLDEN-EYE TRANSPORT & SERVICES

DELIVERY, TRANSPORTATION & SERVICE POLICY

Effective Date: September 18, 2026
Last Updated: September 18, 2026

Golden-Eye Transport & Services (“Golden-Eye,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides hauling, junk removal, small moves, appliance delivery, property clean-outs, dump runs, same-day hauling, transportation, and related labor services.

Because Golden-Eye primarily provides local and regional services rather than traditional parcel shipping, this policy explains how our pickup, delivery, transportation, hauling, dispatch, and on-site services operate.

Our general service area includes portions of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi, subject to service availability and applicable licensing, registration, insurance, operating authority, vehicle, equipment, and regulatory requirements.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, confirmed quote or estimate, booking confirmation, work order, invoice, and any applicable service-specific transportation documents.

1. SERVICE AREA

Golden-Eye’s general service area includes portions of:

Tennessee • Arkansas • Mississippi

Service availability varies by location and service type.

Availability may depend upon:

  • Distance;
  • Scheduling;
  • Vehicle availability;
  • Crew availability;
  • Required equipment;
  • Requested service;
  • Disposal-facility availability;
  • Insurance;
  • Applicable operating authority;
  • Registration or licensing requirements; and
  • Other legal or operational considerations.

Listing a state, city, county, ZIP code, or geographic area on our website does not guarantee that every Golden-Eye service is available in that location.

Golden-Eye reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based upon operational and legal requirements.

2. SERVICES COVERED

Depending upon availability and applicable requirements, this policy applies to Golden-Eye services including:

  • Junk removal;
  • Small moves;
  • Appliance pickup and delivery;
  • Furniture pickup and delivery;
  • Residential hauling;
  • Commercial hauling;
  • Property clean-outs;
  • Dump runs;
  • Same-day hauling;
  • Loading and unloading;
  • Local delivery;
  • Pickup and transportation services; and
  • Related labor and transportation services.

Some services may have additional requirements or service-specific agreements.

3. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

Submitting a quote request, online booking, checkout order, telephone request, text message, contact form, or other service request does not automatically guarantee service.

Golden-Eye may confirm information including:

  • Customer name and contact information;
  • Pickup address;
  • Delivery or disposal location;
  • Requested service date and window;
  • Items being transported or removed;
  • Quantity and approximate volume;
  • Estimated weight or dimensions where relevant;
  • Required labor;
  • Vehicle requirements;
  • Equipment requirements;
  • Stairs;
  • Elevators;
  • Long carries;
  • Parking or access restrictions;
  • Mileage;
  • Additional stops;
  • Disposal requirements;
  • Pricing; and
  • Required booking deposit.

A reservation becomes confirmed when Golden-Eye accepts the booking and any required booking deposit or other required payment has been successfully received.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT

Golden-Eye may require a booking deposit to reserve a service date, service window, vehicle, crew, equipment, and routing capacity.

Booking deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except when Golden-Eye cancels the service under circumstances requiring a refund, Golden-Eye expressly agrees otherwise, or applicable law requires a refund.

The booking deposit will be credited toward the customer’s final service balance unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and dispatch charges are governed by Golden-Eye’s Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

5. PICKUP AND DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate service addresses.

Customers should disclose known conditions including:

  • Gated entrances;
  • Apartment or condominium restrictions;
  • Loading-dock requirements;
  • Parking restrictions;
  • Low clearances;
  • Narrow roads or driveways;
  • Weight-restricted roads;
  • Stairs;
  • Elevators;
  • Long carries;
  • Restricted loading areas; and
  • Other conditions materially affecting access.

Golden-Eye is not responsible for delays caused by materially inaccurate or incomplete location information provided by the customer.

6. CUSTOMER SITE ACCESS

Customers are responsible for providing reasonably safe and lawful access to the service location.

Before Golden-Eye arrives, customers should:

  • Clear reasonable pathways;
  • Secure pets;
  • Remove unnecessary obstacles;
  • Arrange gate or building access;
  • Reserve elevators when required;
  • Obtain necessary parking permissions;
  • Identify stairs;
  • Identify unusually heavy or oversized items;
  • Inform Golden-Eye of known hazards; and
  • Make reasonable preparations necessary for the booked service.

Golden-Eye may refuse or suspend work where conditions create an unreasonable risk to customers, employees, contractors, vehicles, equipment, or property.

7. CUSTOMER AVAILABILITY

Unless otherwise arranged, the customer or an authorized adult representative should be reasonably available during the service to:

  • Provide property access;
  • Identify property;
  • Confirm items;
  • Provide necessary instructions;
  • Authorize changes;
  • Accept delivery;
  • Make required payments; and
  • Complete applicable documentation.

Customers must provide a working telephone number or another agreed means of communication.

8. ARRIVAL AND SERVICE WINDOWS

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, pickup, arrival, delivery, and completion times are estimates.

Golden-Eye will make reasonable efforts to meet the confirmed service window.

Schedules may be affected by:

  • Traffic;
  • Weather;
  • Accidents;
  • Road closures;
  • Construction;
  • Mechanical issues;
  • Prior-job delays;
  • Customer delays;
  • Disposal-facility delays;
  • Emergencies; and
  • Other circumstances outside Golden-Eye’s reasonable control.

When reasonably practicable, Golden-Eye will notify customers of material delays.

9. SAME-DAY SERVICE

Same-day service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed merely because it appears as an option on the website.

A same-day reservation is considered confirmed only after Golden-Eye accepts the booking and receives any required payment or non-refundable booking deposit.

Because resources may be dispatched shortly after confirmation, different cancellation timing may apply to same-day bookings.

Once Golden-Eye dispatches a vehicle or crew, the applicable Truck Dispatch Fee provisions in our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy may apply.

10. MILEAGE AND ROUTING

Where pricing depends upon mileage or distance, Golden-Eye may calculate estimated mileage using commercially reasonable mapping, navigation, routing, or dispatch technology.

The actual route traveled may differ because of:

  • Traffic;
  • Construction;
  • Road closures;
  • Commercial-vehicle restrictions;
  • Weight restrictions;
  • Low clearances;
  • Unsafe roads;
  • Weather;
  • Detours;
  • Customer-requested stops; or
  • Other legitimate operational considerations.

Golden-Eye will not automatically charge a customer additional mileage merely because Golden-Eye independently selected a different reasonable route.

Additional mileage charges may apply when the customer requests additional stops, changes the destination, provides an incorrect address, or otherwise materially changes the service.

11. ADDITIONAL STOPS AND SERVICE CHANGES

Pricing is based upon the scope of the confirmed booking, quote, estimate, or work order.

Additional charges may apply when a customer requests:

  • Another pickup;
  • Another delivery;
  • Another destination;
  • Additional items;
  • Additional labor;
  • Additional mileage;
  • Additional disposal;
  • Waiting time; or
  • Another material expansion of the service.

Where reasonably practicable, Golden-Eye will disclose a material additional charge before performing the additional work.

12. TRUCK CAPACITY

Online capacity selections such as:

Quarter Truck • Half Truck • Three-Quarter Truck • Full Truck

represent estimates of the vehicle space expected to be required.

Customers should select the capacity that reasonably reflects the items being removed or transported.

If the actual volume, weight, quantity, or scope materially differs from the booking information, Golden-Eye may provide an adjusted price before loading or performing additional work.

Customers are not required to accept an unauthorized revised price.

If a customer declines an appropriate adjustment after Golden-Eye has dispatched because the customer’s booking materially understated the job, the service may be treated according to the on-site cancellation provisions of our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

13. LOADING AND UNLOADING

Golden-Eye will make reasonable efforts to safely handle property accepted for transportation or removal.

Customers must disclose property that is:

  • Fragile;
  • Antique;
  • Unusually valuable;
  • Oversized;
  • Extremely heavy;
  • Previously damaged;
  • Structurally compromised; or
  • In need of special handling.

Golden-Eye may decline an item that cannot reasonably or safely be handled using the available personnel, vehicle, or equipment.

14. CUSTOMER-PACKED ITEMS

Customers are responsible for appropriately packing customer-packed boxes, containers, and similar property for ordinary transportation and handling.

Customers should not place prohibited or hazardous materials inside sealed containers.

Fragile or unusually valuable contents should be disclosed before transportation.

Nothing in this section eliminates liability imposed upon Golden-Eye by applicable law.

15. APPLIANCES AND ELECTRONICS

Customers should appropriately prepare appliances and electronics for transportation.

Unless expressly included in the booked service, customers are responsible for arranging appropriate disconnection of appliances from:

  • Gas;
  • Plumbing;
  • Hardwired electrical systems; and
  • Other utility connections requiring specialized work.

Golden-Eye may refuse to disconnect or reconnect equipment requiring a licensed plumber, electrician, gas technician, or other specialized professional.

Transportation of a used appliance or electronic device does not constitute a guarantee of its internal mechanical or electronic operation.

This does not eliminate responsibility for physical damage for which Golden-Eye is legally responsible.

16. JUNK REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL

By identifying property for junk removal or disposal, the customer represents that the customer owns the property or has lawful authority to authorize its removal.

Designated property may be transported to:

  • Disposal facilities;
  • Transfer stations;
  • Recycling facilities;
  • Donation facilities; or
  • Other lawful destinations.

Customers should remove all property they intend to retain before removal begins.

Once property specifically designated for disposal has been removed from the service location and transported for disposition, Golden-Eye cannot guarantee its recovery.

17. DISPOSAL AND THIRD-PARTY FEES

Certain jobs may involve separate:

  • Landfill fees;
  • Tipping fees;
  • Transfer-station charges;
  • Recycling charges;
  • Permit charges;
  • Specialty-item disposal fees; or
  • Other third-party expenses.

Where known, applicable fees may be included in the customer’s quote or disclosed separately.

Additional third-party charges resulting from a material change in the job may be added where authorized and permitted by law.

Refund treatment for prepaid disposal or third-party charges is governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

18. PROHIBITED AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Customers must disclose known or suspected hazardous, contaminated, regulated, or prohibited materials before service.

Golden-Eye may refuse to transport, remove, load, unload, or dispose of property that we are not legally authorized, insured, trained, or equipped to handle.

Examples may include certain:

  • Explosives;
  • Ammunition;
  • Fuels;
  • Hazardous chemicals;
  • Asbestos;
  • Biohazardous materials;
  • Medical waste;
  • Radioactive materials;
  • Toxic substances;
  • Compressed gases;
  • Contaminated materials;
  • Illegal substances or contraband; and
  • Other regulated or dangerous materials.

Discovery of undisclosed hazardous or prohibited materials may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.

19. NO-SHOWS AND INACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS

If Golden-Eye arrives at a confirmed service location but cannot reasonably perform the service because:

  • The customer is unavailable;
  • An authorized representative is unavailable;
  • Property access cannot be obtained;
  • The customer provided a materially incorrect address;
  • Required authorization is unavailable; or
  • Another customer-caused condition prevents service,

the booking may be treated as an on-site cancellation.

The booking deposit remains subject to Golden-Eye’s non-refundable deposit policy, and the $75 Truck Dispatch Fee structure may apply, with the deposit credited toward that amount as provided in our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

20. WEATHER AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS

Golden-Eye may delay, suspend, reschedule, or cancel service when weather, road conditions, property conditions, or other circumstances make performance unsafe or impracticable.

Examples include:

  • Severe thunderstorms;
  • Tornado warnings;
  • Flooding;
  • Ice;
  • Dangerous road conditions;
  • Inaccessible properties;
  • Government restrictions; and
  • Other serious safety conditions.

When Golden-Eye initiates a safety-related rescheduling, the customer’s existing deposit will ordinarily transfer to the rescheduled service.

A Golden-Eye-initiated safety rescheduling will not be treated as a customer cancellation.

21. VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS

Mechanical or equipment problems may occasionally affect service.

If Golden-Eye experiences a vehicle or equipment problem that prevents the confirmed service from being performed, Golden-Eye may offer:

  • A replacement vehicle or equipment where available;
  • A mutually acceptable rescheduled service; or
  • An appropriate refund when Golden-Eye cannot provide the confirmed service.

Golden-Eye will not impose a customer cancellation or dispatch fee when Golden-Eye is responsible for the cancellation.

22. DAMAGE AND LOSS

Customers should inspect transported property promptly after delivery or completion.

Apparent loss or damage should be reported to Golden-Eye as soon as reasonably practicable.

Golden-Eye may request reasonable documentation such as:

  • Photographs;
  • Videos;
  • Receipts;
  • Repair estimates;
  • Proof of ownership; or
  • Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Damage and loss claims are governed by Golden-Eye’s Terms of Service, applicable transportation documents, insurance arrangements, and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy eliminates rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

23. COMPLETION OF SERVICE

A service will generally be considered completed when Golden-Eye has performed the agreed work and, where applicable:

  • Delivered the accepted property;
  • Removed the designated property;
  • Completed the agreed labor;
  • Completed the authorized disposal service; and
  • Provided or completed applicable service documentation.

Traditional product-return rules generally do not apply to completed Golden-Eye services.

Refunds and service disputes are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and applicable law.

24. HOUSEHOLD-GOODS TRANSPORTATION

Certain household-goods transportation may be governed by specialized federal or state requirements.

Where applicable, Golden-Eye may be required to use separate documents or procedures including:

  • Written estimates;
  • Orders for service;
  • Inventories;
  • Bills of lading;
  • Valuation selections;
  • Consumer disclosures; and
  • Other required transportation documents.

Those documents and mandatory transportation laws control where they conflict with this general website policy.

25. INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION

Transportation crossing state lines may be subject to federal motor-carrier requirements.

Golden-Eye will offer regulated interstate transportation only to the extent the company possesses the applicable authority, registration, insurance, equipment, documentation, and other requirements necessary to lawfully provide the particular service.

This website does not represent that every Golden-Eye service is presently available for interstate transportation merely because Golden-Eye’s general service area includes Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

26. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a confirmed service is governed by Golden-Eye’s Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

As a general summary:

Booking Deposit: Non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where Golden-Eye cancels, expressly agrees otherwise, or a refund is required by law.

24+ Hours Before Service: Deposit remains non-refundable; otherwise refundable amounts may be returned. No additional late-cancellation or dispatch fee ordinarily applies.

Less Than 24 Hours: A $50 Late Cancellation Fee may apply, with the retained deposit credited toward the fee.

After Dispatch / On-Site: A $75 Truck Dispatch Fee may apply, with the retained deposit credited toward the fee.

Golden-Eye Cancellation: When Golden-Eye cancels for reasons within our control and cannot provide an acceptable rescheduled service, the customer will ordinarily be entitled to a refund, including the deposit.

The complete Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy controls over this summary.

27. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, replace, or circumvent a requirement imposed by applicable federal, state, or local transportation or consumer-protection law.

When mandatory law conflicts with this general policy, the mandatory legal requirement controls.

28. POLICY RELATIONSHIP

This Delivery, Transportation & Service Policy should be read together with Golden-Eye’s:

  • Terms of Service;
  • Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Legal Notice;
  • Confirmed quote or estimate;
  • Booking confirmation;
  • Work order or invoice; and
  • Applicable service-specific transportation documents.
