GOLDEN-EYE TRANSPORT & SERVICES
LEGAL NOTICE
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
Last Updated: September 18, 2026
This website is operated by Golden-Eye Transport & Services (“Golden-Eye,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Golden-Eye provides hauling, junk removal, small moves, appliance delivery, dump runs, property clean-outs, same-day hauling, and related transportation and service solutions, subject to service availability and all applicable licensing, registration, insurance, operating-authority, geographic, vehicle, and regulatory requirements.
Golden-Eye serves customers throughout areas of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. The identification of these states as our service area does not mean that every service is available in every location. Certain transportation or moving services may be limited based on applicable law, operating authority, insurance, equipment, distance, or other regulatory or operational requirements.
1. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Information appearing on this website is provided for general informational, quotation, scheduling, and service-booking purposes.
Golden-Eye makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information concerning its services, pricing, availability, policies, and service areas. However, website information may be modified, corrected, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
Submitting a quote request, booking inquiry, contact form, or other request through this website does not by itself guarantee acceptance of a job or create a binding obligation for Golden-Eye to perform a service.
A service is subject to Golden-Eye’s confirmation of the scope of work, location, scheduling, availability, pricing, and any applicable deposit or payment requirements.
2. ESTIMATES AND PRICING
Quotes and estimates are based upon the information available to Golden-Eye at the time the quote or estimate is provided.
Unless expressly identified as a guaranteed or fixed price in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee of the final charge.
Pricing may change when the actual scope or conditions of the job materially differ from the information originally provided.
Factors that may affect final pricing include, where applicable:
- Quantity, size, volume, or weight of items;
- Travel distance and mileage;
- Number of pickup or delivery locations;
- Additional stops;
- Stairs, elevators, long carries, or difficult access;
- Additional labor or equipment;
- Loading or unloading conditions;
- Waiting time;
- Disposal, landfill, or facility charges;
- Oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, or difficult-to-handle items;
- Customer-requested additions or changes to the service; and
- Other circumstances materially affecting the time, labor, transportation, or resources required to complete the service.
Where reasonably practicable, Golden-Eye will communicate a material change in pricing before performing additional work associated with that change.
Additional rules may apply to services regulated by federal, state, or local transportation law. Nothing in this Legal Notice modifies any pricing, estimate, tariff, disclosure, or documentation requirement imposed by applicable law.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the requested service.
This includes information concerning pickup and delivery locations, property access, stairs, elevators, parking restrictions, item quantity, item dimensions or weight when known, special handling requirements, and any other circumstances that may materially affect the service.
Customers must provide Golden-Eye with reasonable and lawful access necessary to perform the agreed service.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions that the customer is legally required to obtain concerning access to private property, apartment complexes, gated communities, loading areas, parking areas, buildings, or other locations associated with the service.
4. AUTHORITY TO TRANSPORT OR REMOVE PROPERTY
By requesting Golden-Eye to transport, deliver, remove, haul, dispose of, relocate, or otherwise handle property, the customer represents that the customer:
(a) owns the property; or
(b) has lawful authorization from the property owner or another person with legal authority to authorize the requested service.
Golden-Eye may refuse or discontinue a service when there is a reasonable dispute concerning ownership, possession, authorization, or the customer’s legal right to direct the handling or removal of property.
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable evidence of authorization when requested.
5. PROHIBITED AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Golden-Eye reserves the right to refuse to transport, remove, dispose of, load, unload, or otherwise handle materials that are illegal, hazardous, dangerous, contaminated, regulated, or beyond the company’s lawful authority or safe operating capabilities.
Such materials may include, depending upon the circumstances:
- Explosives;
- Hazardous chemicals;
- Biohazardous materials;
- Medical waste;
- Toxic substances;
- Certain fuels or flammable materials;
- Certain compressed gases;
- Radioactive materials;
- Illegal substances or contraband;
- Materials requiring specialized environmental handling or licensing; and
- Any other material Golden-Eye reasonably determines cannot be safely or lawfully transported, handled, or disposed of.
Customers must disclose known or suspected hazardous materials before service begins.
Golden-Eye’s acceptance of a job does not constitute acceptance of undisclosed hazardous, illegal, or regulated materials discovered during performance of the service.
6. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE
Golden-Eye reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary because of:
- Unsafe working conditions;
- Threatening, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
- Undisclosed hazardous materials;
- Materially inaccurate information concerning the job;
- Property ownership or authorization disputes;
- Conditions materially different from those disclosed when the service was quoted;
- Lack of safe or lawful property access;
- Equipment or vehicle limitations;
- Weather or road conditions;
- Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
- Circumstances that create an unreasonable risk to persons, vehicles, equipment, or property.
Any payment or refund resulting from a canceled or discontinued service will be handled according to the applicable agreement, cancellation/refund policy, and applicable law.
7. PROPERTY CONDITION, FRAGILE ITEMS AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Customers should disclose before service begins any property that is:
- Fragile;
- Antique;
- Unusually valuable;
- Oversized;
- Previously damaged;
- Structurally compromised; or
- In need of special handling.
Customers should inspect their property promptly following completion of service and notify Golden-Eye of any claimed loss or damage as soon as reasonably practicable.
Additional claim procedures, valuation requirements, documentation requirements, and lawful limitations of liability may apply depending upon the type of service and applicable law.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
For interstate household-goods moves, federal law imposes specific requirements concerning mover liability and valuation options, so those requirements cannot simply be replaced by a website liability disclaimer.
8. SERVICE TIMES AND AVAILABILITY
Requested appointment times, arrival windows, completion estimates, and same-day service are subject to availability and operational conditions unless Golden-Eye expressly provides a legally binding or otherwise guaranteed service commitment.
Service may be affected by circumstances including traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical problems, accidents, customer delays, property-access restrictions, disposal-facility delays, emergencies, and other circumstances beyond Golden-Eye’s reasonable control.
Golden-Eye will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes when practicable.
9. SERVICE AREA AND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
Golden-Eye’s general service area includes portions of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Service availability varies by location and service type and is subject to applicable operating authority, registration, licensing, insurance, equipment, vehicle, and regulatory requirements.
Golden-Eye will only perform transportation services to the extent the company is legally authorized and properly equipped to perform those services.
Transportation crossing state lines may be subject to federal motor-carrier requirements in addition to state requirements.
In particular, FMCSA states that interstate household-goods movers are subject to federal consumer-protection regulations, and interstate household-goods movers must be appropriately registered.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Golden-Eye may use third-party companies and technology to operate its website and provide services, including payment processors, website platforms, mapping and navigation providers, communications providers, scheduling systems, financial institutions, disposal facilities, and other service providers.
The use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Golden-Eye is not responsible for the independent operation, content, availability, security, policies, or conduct of third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. WEBSITE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Golden-Eye Transport & Services name, original logos, branding, graphics, photographs, written materials, website content, marketing materials, and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Golden-Eye Transport & Services.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior authorization except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing on this website grants any person ownership or other intellectual-property rights in Golden-Eye’s materials merely by accessing or using the website.
12. NO UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIONS
No employee, driver, contractor, representative, website statement, text message, social-media communication, or other communication modifies Golden-Eye’s written service terms unless the modification is authorized and legally effective.
Customers should rely upon their confirmed written quote, work order, service agreement, invoice, receipt, or other applicable service documentation when determining the specific terms of a particular job.
13. OTHER GOLDEN-EYE POLICIES
This Legal Notice should be read together with Golden-Eye’s applicable:
- Terms of Service;
- Privacy Policy;
- Return and Refund Policy;
- Cancellation Rules;
- Delivery and Service Policy;
- Written quote or estimate;
- Work order;

14. CHANGES TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE
Golden-Eye may update this Legal Notice from time to time to reflect changes in its operations, services, website, policies, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be identified by the “Last Updated” date appearing at the beginning of this notice.
Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.
